Geology for Engineers: One day field visit in a construction site within Attica and/or in a landslide prone area e.g. Malakasa.

Engineering Geology and Rock Mechanics: A two weeks field course in Italy,France and Switzerland 
examining geotechnical engineering failures and the circumstances surrounding them.

Engineering Geology for Underground Works & Geotechnical instrumentation and immediate support measures in underground works (MSc in ‘Design and Construction of 
Underground works’): One week field course in underground construction works in Greece, to explore the geology, the design, the immediate support measures, and 
the geotechnical instrumentation for monitoring their performance.

Applicants for the above field courses, which are mainly industry funded, for the academic year 2021-2022 should have Covid vaccination to attend.
