At postgraduate level the Department of Geotechnical Engineering participates in two Masters’ courses. The MSc study programme can be completed in a year and a half on a full-time basis.
Doctoral courses through experimental research at the Soil Mechanics Laboratory, lead to the Doctor of Philosophy degree (PhD) which requires four years of full-time study to complete. Our experimental research is supported by testing facilities of a high standard, with some of the equipment being unique in Greece.
